VIP ticket holders will be provided dinner on Friday and Saturday nights. Platinum ticket holders will also be provided dinner on both nights and a private lunch Saturday afternoon. All other meals will need to be purchased by ticket holders.
The Hilton has a restaurant on site that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a cafe to purchase light snacks, drinks and coffee. We do not recommend leaving the venue for lunch given a limited time of 1 hour for lunch breaks.
The entire event is business casual. The only exception to this would be the formal BANQUET DINNER & GALA on Saturday night from 7pm-10pm. VIP & Platinum ticket holders are invited to this and the attire is FORMAL. Men must wear full suit and tie. Women should arrive in evening gown, cocktail dress or anything formal of the like.

Yes! Hilton has a room block set aside for CLA (CLA Global Summit) and is on a first come first serve basis at only $149 per night. There are other hotels close by as well.
No formal program will be provided. Although all attendees will receive a general itinerary a couple days prior to Summit via email.
The parking is not included in the stay at The Hilton. Parking is an additional $20 per day.
The Hilton in Rockville MD (location of the Summit) is a smoke free location. This means nobody is allowed to smoke anything on the property. You must walk away 50 feet or more to enjoy a cigar or cigarette. Please be respectful of this policy.
Yes. There will be a few 10 minute breaks built into the schedule for restroom time, stretch legs, get some coffee, network etc. Lunch breaks will always only be 1 hour. Please respect the times and be back in your seat for the event while speakers are speaking.
Yes! Please wear your lanyard at all times. There are many moving parts to the Summit so the lanyard helps the staff and team know who is a part of what per the ticket purchased.
There are assigned areas based on your ticket level. Platinum, VIP and General Admission all have a specific area where you can sit. Otherwise anyone can sit wherever they want given their designed ticket level.
